PURPOSE: A battery post terminal and manufacturing method thereof which uses a semi-solid construction method are provided to minimize a post process by stirring molded material when a battery post terminal is manufactured. CONSTITUTION: Aluminum material of an aluminum alloy is melted to liquid(S100). The liquid is electrically mixed(S150). The melted liquid is frozen and re-solidified at room temperature(S200). A post terminal is manufactured by molding the material in a slurry state(S300). The molded product is cut and thermally treated(S400).
