PURPOSE: An apartment housing including an exclusive car shed for the first floor resident is provided to offer convenience and quickness to the first floor resident when using a vehicle, to protect private life and to improve preference for the first floor residence. CONSTITUTION: An apartment housing including an exclusive car shed for the first floor resident comprises: an exclusive car shed for the first floor resident(10) formed in an underground parking lot(3) of an apartment house(1) to let the first floor resident only use independently; and an exclusive connecting passage(14) connecting the residence of the first floor resident and the exclusive car shed for the first floor resident with each other to let the first floor resident use exclusively.
