PURPOSE: A recyclable prefabricated partition wall for an apartment house is provided to apply to various construction circumferences by decreasing deadweight and increasing lifting efficiency, constructability and variability, to reduce the time and cost required for construction by constructing simply with a simple structure, and to minimize environment pollution by recycling at re-construction after dismantlement. CONSTITUTION: A recyclable prefabricated partition wall for an apartment house(1) includes an insulating form(10) insulating a wall, wall inner and outer plates(20,20a) located on the front and rear of the insulating form, a spacer(30) keeping a space between the insulating form and the wall inner and outer plates regularly, and filler placed/dried/cured in the space between the insulating form and the wall inner and outer plates.
