PURPOSE: A target scale method and a sensor network for the same is provided to estimate a target scale. CONSTITUTION: A server(120) generates at least one target group according to a clustering scheme based on location information of a target received form a sink node(114). The server analyzes a shape factor based on a location of a target. The server calculates an area factor according to the analyzed shape factor. The server estimates a scale of a corresponding target group by applying and determining a preset weighted value.
