The device (1) has removable fixing units provided on a post (M) and hooking units (11) for hooking a safety net (F) on the device. The removable fixing units comprise a turning plate moved in rotation between a position in which a turning plate is fitted in a groove arranged in the post and another position in which the turning plate is blocked inside the groove of the post. A tightening unit is cooperated with the plate to tighten the plate inside the groove of the post in the latter position.
