PURPOSE: A device for recycling cooling water for dyeing is provided to reduce water consumption and environmental pollution by recycling cooling water after inspecting the cooling water. CONSTITUTION: A device for recycling cooling water for dyeing comprises a discharge pipe(104), a U-pipe(106), a pumping pipe(110), a inspecting unit(300), and a valve control unit(400). The discharge pipe is coupled between the cooling-water outlet of a heat exchanger and the water collecting port of a water collecting tank(200) through a water collecting valve(108) and comprises first and second through holes, which are formed on the left side of the water collecting valve. One side of the U-pipe is coupled to the first through hole. One side of the pumping pipe is coupled to the second through hole. A pumping valve(114) and a pump(112) are serially coupled to the middle part of the pumping pipe.
