<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a kind of soybean flour processed food improved in preservability that is applicable to long-term preservation, and to provide the soybean powder processed food. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing soybean-flour processed food S comprises admixing soybean flour 1 with sugar material at a prescribed ratio, while using only honey 10 as the sugar material, and comprises a heating process 20 of separately heating each of the honey 10 and the soybean flour 1, a kneading process 30 of kneading the heated soybean flour 1 and the heated honey 10, and a molding process 40 of molding the kneaded mixture of the soybean flour 1 and the honey 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
