<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire information for right related persons and contents related to property rights, and to enable all right related persons to efficiently perform negotiations. <P>SOLUTION: A representative terminal 3A accesses a server 5 in response to a request from a representative copyright related person and inputs work information for a work and copyright related person information including negotiation presentation information to a low-order copyright related person. The server 5 extracts information including at least negotiation presentation information from the work information and the copyright related person information, generates a Web page posting the information, and provides it to the low-order copyright related person, and receives an answer therefrom. The server 5 makes the both perform contract negotiation by a predetermined negotiation method when a denial answer is received, and receives input of an approval answer and a contract content at the end of contract negotiation when the contract negotiation is ended.
