<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission terminal and data transmitting method in which, even if empty capacity of a transmission buffer of a server or the like is less than a preset prescribed storage data amount, when the transmission buffer has a little empty capacity, data are stored in the relevant transmission buffer, such that the possibility to completely stop transmission of data can be reduced using an existent TCP. <P>SOLUTION: In a terminal device comprising a transport processing section and an application processing section, the transport processing section stores prescribed data received from the application processing section in a transmission buffer and transmits the stored prescribed data on the basis of prescribed flow control, and the application processing section transmits prescribed data to the transport processing section in accordance with empty capacity of the transmission buffer reported by the transport processing section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
