PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing Hemerocallis fulva and Ligustrum japonicum extract is provided to improve antiwrinkling effect and to suppress elastase. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-wrinkling contains 0.005-50 weight% of Hemerocallis fulva and Ligustrum japonicum extract in a weight ratio of 1:10-10:1 as an active ingredient. The composition is used in the form of skin lotion, skin toner, astringent, lotion, massage cream, hand cream, or eye shadow.
