PURPOSE: A vehicle blower is provided to achieve cost saving and productivity enhancement by applying a filter, which is integrated into a filter cover and a frame. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle blower comprises a blower case(105) and a filter(140). The blower case comprises a blower(130). The blower sucks indoor and outdoor air through an indoor-air inlet(111) and an outdoor-air inlet and sends them to an air-conditioning case. The filter is inserted into the inside of the blower case through a filter inserting unit(113) on one side of the blower case and filters foreign materials from air. The filter inserting unit is arranged to slope to the inserted direction of the filter and guides(150) are formed on the perimeter of the filter inserting unit. The guide guides the filter so that the filter is smoothly inserted into the filter inserting unit.
