PURPOSE: A water-soluble coating agent is provided to ensure no yellowing even if exposed for a long time and to enable the application regardless of the surface treatment of wood. CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble coating agent includes 85~95 volume% of water-soluble acrylic emulsion, 2~6 volume% of photoinitiator, 0.3~1.0 volume % of wet leveling agent, 0.5~2.0 volume % of thickening agent, 0.3~1.0 volume % of antifoaming agent, 1.5~4 volume % of PE-WAX, and 0.3~1.0 volume % of wet dispersing agent. A wood panel using the water-soluble coating agent includes a wood layer(10), a printing layer(20) heat-transferred on the wood layer, and a water-soluble coating layer(30) in which the water-soluble coating agent is applied on the surface of the printing layer, wherein the water-soluble coating layer is cured by UV. |
