PURPOSE: A roadside vehicle impact absorber monitoring system is provided to maintain continuously air pressure inside an airbag of a roadside vehicle impact absorber at the preset pressure and to settle an accident by notifying the police and insurance company about an accident after judging an accident by the variation of air pressure. CONSTITUTION: A roadside vehicle impact absorber monitoring system comprises: a vehicle impact absorbing device(100) installed to a road surface and attached with an impact absorber terminal; a wire or wireless communications net(60) transmitting air pressure data from the impact absorber terminal to a control center server periodically and managing in real time; a control center server(90) displaying the air pressure data received from the vehicle impact absorber by time zones and analyzing the pattern of air variation of an airbag provided to the impact absorber; a police station(80) or an insurance company(70) receiving accident information in real time if air pressure rises suddenly and descends; and an administrator terminal(95) receiving the air pressure data periodically and managing the vehicle impact absorber.
