A slag-alkaline binding agent, which contains finely grained slag with specific surface (S ss.) 350-500 m2/kg, in the form of component: alkali - liquid glass with density of 1,3g/cm3 and with silica module n=1,5 and filler in the form of milled chamotte brick and finely grained ashes of drag-out, with the certain ratio of components, in mass%.
