A BALOON CAPABEL OF ADVERTISEMENT AT NIGHT AND SCENE LIGHTING

PURPOSE: A balloon is provided to perform night advertisement and scene lighting, by using an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION: A main body has a space part. The space part is filled with a gas with smaller specific gravity than air. A rope(20) is connected to the main body. A position controlling part(30) is connected to the rope. The position controlling part controls the position of the main body, by winding and unwinding the rope. An optical fiber(50) emits light. The optical fiber is installed in correspondence to figure pattern to be displayed on the outer surface or the inner surface of the main body. A light irradiation apparatus(40) irradiates light to the optical fiber.
