GEOPOLYMERIC CONCRETE USING RECYCLED AGGREGATE FROM WASTE OF CONSTRUCTION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Geopolymeric concrete using recycled aggregate, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the compressive strength of the concrete by washing the recycled aggregate without pre-processing. CONSTITUTION: Geopolymeric concrete contains 100parts of geopolymer powder by weight, 90~220parts of recycled aggregate by weight, 100~150parts of sand by weight, and 30~70parts of liquid activator by weight. A producing method of the geopolymeric concrete comprises the following steps: mixing the geopolymer powder, the recycled aggregate, and the sand; and adding the liquid activator and molding and curing the mixture. The geopolymeric concrete additionally includes 1~130parts of crushed aggregate by weight.
