PURPOSE: A wrapper for keeping stamps is provided to prevent damages of a transparent film and movement of the stamps by fixing the stamps with pressure of a space on a stamp fixing groove when the stamps are inserted. CONSTITUTION: A wrapper for keeping stamps includes a stamp keeping sheet(100) made with a PVC material and a transparent film(200). A plurality of stamp fixing grooves(110) are formed on the stamp keeping sheet and includes a protrusion towards the inside. The transparent film is moved horizontally at one side of the stamp keeping sheet. The transparent film opens and closes the stamp keeping sheet. The stamp is put on the top of the stamp fixing groove.
