PURPOSE: A noise removing method, apparatus thereof, and voice communication terminal are provided to remove noise from a voice signal of a sender and to transmit a clear signal to a transmission side. CONSTITUTION: A voice signal is divided into frames(S1). The voice signal is converted into a spectrum signal(S2). A moving average line is obtained by applying moving average to the spectrum signal(S3). A plurality of major peaks is selected from the moving average line(S4). The spectrum signal is restored as a voice signal(S7).
