The device has a support part formed of multiple layers made of materials, where one of the layers is a metal layer. An electropermanent magnet (1) is magnetized using current to disorient the magnetic field and render the magnet demagnetized for a few seconds. The electropermanent magnet is composed of a metallic shell (3), a tapped hole (2) and a magnetic part (4). A metal rod is provided with a threaded part. Boards are made of wood or composite material and permit placing of the level support part with respect to an existing part.
