METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLARIZING PLATE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a polarized plate is provided to prevent the generation of curl on the polarized film by reducing the difference of total moisture content in protective films. CONSTITUTION: Protective films with the different moisture permeability are bonded to a polarized plate using a water-based adhesive. The moisture content of the polarized plate is controlled between 3.0 and 3.5 weight%. The polarized plate is aged for 24 hours at the temperature between 30 and 50 degrees Celsius and 60%RH. One protective film is based on an amorphous polyolefin resin, and other protective film is based on triacetyl cellulose.
