FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to therapy and gastroenterology. Clinical symptoms and risk factors are determined from life anamnesis: heartburn frequency, presence of night heartburn, methods of heartburn relief, intensity of constipation, presence of diseases of pancreatobiliary zone, tobacco-smoking, regular intake of alcohol, episodes of intake of non-steroid anti-inflammatory preparations. Their gradations and numerical values are found, after which prognostic coefficients are calculated. ^ EFFECT: basing on comparison of the calculated prognostic coefficients high, low or medium risk of possibility of developing severe forms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is predicted. ^ 1 tbl, 3 ex |
