PURPOSE: A three dimensional broadcasting service apparatus and method thereof in a broadcasting system are provided to increase transfer efficiency by supporting a three dimensional broadcasting service through the synthesis of a fixed broadcasting service and a mobile broadcasting service. CONSTITUTION: A 3D A/V obtaining unit(110) obtains a three-dimensional image and an audio signal. The 3D A/V obtaining unit transmits a fixed broadcasting A/V encoder unit(120) as the audio signal. The 3D A/V obtaining unit transmits the audio signal as the mobile signal to a mobile broadcasting A/V encoder unit(130).
