PURPOSE: A solar battery and manufacturing method thereof are provided to suppress the generation of metal silicide on the interface with Si, thereby increasing conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery includes a substrate, a transparent electrode layer(200), a photoelectric converting layer(300), and a facing electrode layer(400). The transparent electrode layer is arranged on the substrate. The photoelectric converting layer is arranged on the transparent electrode layer. The facing electrode layer is arranged on the photoelectric converting layer. The facing electrode layer is a single layer including metal nano powder or metal composites or TCO nano powder. |
