PURPOSE: A double composite synthetic resin composition is provided to ensure excellent warpage strength and compressive strength as well as light weight compared with existing laminated plates and similar panels and to have the surface with stable thickness swelling rate, low percentage of water content, and high density. CONSTITUTION: A double extruded panel(100) using a synthetic resin includes an inner body(110) formed by mixing with waste synthetic resins and an outer body(120) made of new synthetic resins. A composition constituting the inner body comprises 0.32 weight% of volcanic rock, 1.00 weight% of flame retardant, 0.60 weight% of glass fiber, 35.38 weight% of waste synthetic resin, 21.32 weight% of waste plastic film, 22.23 weight% of waste wood chip, 0.81 weight% of foaming agent, and 2.00 weight% of fly ash.
