The clothing comprises a garment (31) and effect-generating devices (1, 2, 3, 4) and activating devices (5, 6, 7) joined to said garment. The effect-generating devices (1, 2, 3, 4) are able to produce sensory or mechanical effects and the activating devices (5, 6, 7) comprise one or more motion, position or proximity sensors (5) which are able to generate an electrical activation signal as a result of movements or changes in the position of the user wearing the garment (31). The effect-generating devices (1, 2, 3, 4) are electrically connected to the motion, position or proximity sensors (5) or to touch sensors (6) and are activated by the electrical activation signal. The garment (31) also has wireless transmitting and receiving devices (8, 9) for intercommunication and interaction with other garments or with accessories.
