摘要 Disclosed is a thermoelectric conversion module having excellent thermoelectric conversion characteristics compared with conventional thermoelectric conversion modules. Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing such thermoelectric conversion module. A plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements (2) respectively having n-type thermoelectric conversion material films are arranged at a constant pitch on a substrate (1). Heat exchanger plates (4, 5) are attached such that the plates sandwich the substrate (1). Each of the thermoelectric conversion elements (2) has a thermoelectric conversion material film (2a) composed of a SrTiO3 film wherein La added is added, and a high temperature side electrode (2b) and a low temperature side electrode (2c), which are formed on the thermoelectric conversion material film (2a). The heat exchanger plate (4) is disposed such that the protruding portion (4a) is in contact with or in proximity to the high temperature side electrode (2b), and the heat exchanger plate (5) is disposed on the rear surface side of the substrate (1) such that the protruding portion (5a) is in contact with the position that corresponds to the low temperature side electrode (2c).
