Disclosed is a thermoelectric conversion module having excellent thermoelectric conversion characteristics compared with conventional thermoelectric conversion modules. Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing such thermoelectric conversion module. Each of the thermoelectric conversion elements (2) has a thermoelectric conversion material film (2a) composed of a SrTiO3 film wherein La added is added, and a high temperature side electrode (2b) and a low temperature side electrode (2c), which are formed on the thermoelectric conversion material film (2a).
