Provided is a microalgae cultivation device capable of uniformly and efficiently supplying the light quality and photons required for the photosynthesis of algae, inside a cultivation device. The microalgae cultivation device is provided with an optical waveguide as a means of supplying light to an algae cultivation tank. An optical oscillator, which comprises light emitting diodes for emitting light in wavelength ranges of 675-685 nm, 695-705 nm, 425-435 nm, and 450-660 nm respectively, is mounted on one end surface of the optical waveguide, and a light reflective material or the like is provided at the outer edge or inner periphery of the optical waveguide so that light is emitted in a direction perpendicular to the central axis of the optical waveguide. The microalgae cultivation device is further provided with an agitator that includes the optical waveguide, which agitates a nutrient salt solution inside the cultivation tank by rotating an agitation blade around a rotation shaft, and that has a device for generating microbubbles of CO2 at the lower part of the rotation shaft in the axial direction. |
