<p>A winding device and a winding method are disclosed. The device comprises a winding head (2) and a winding needle (1) mounted on the winding head (2) and rotating with the winding head (2) for a belt material (3) to wind. The device further comprises a winding drive mechanism for controlling the belt material (3) or the winding head (2) to perform linear velocity compensation movement and maintain the linear velocity of the belt material (3) in a certain range. The winding drive mechanism comprises a base (4), compensation control elements moveably mounted on the base (4) and a motor (6) for driving the compensation control elements. The belt material (3) or the winding head (2) is linked with the compensation control elements. The device controls the belt material or the winding head to perform the linear velocity compensation movement, makes the linear velocity generated by the winding of the belt material driven by the rotating of the winding needle and the linear velocity generated by the linear velocity compensation movement performed by the winding needle or the belt material complement each other, keeps stable winding tension, and effectively prevents the winding product from being deformed.</p> |
