METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING SERVICE FOR PROTECTING FROM DDOS IN BACKBONE

PURPOSE: A DDoS correspondence service providing method based on back bone network and providing device thereof are provided to share center security system of large amount which many protection target facilities is installed in a back bone network. CONSTITUTION: A sinkhole router(420) receives all traffics by detouring the traffic which target address is a target service which attack is detected. A DDoS analysis device(440) analyzes the traffic received from the sinkhole router. If the analyzed traffic is an attack traffic according to the DDoS analysis result, the analysis device disposes the traffic through the sinkhole router. If the analyzed traffic and a normal traffic according to the analysis result, a GRE switch(460) encapsulates the traffic. The GRE switch transmits the encapsulated traffic through the sinkhole router to the destination address.
