SATURATION REACTOR FOR DC CONVERTER VALVE

A saturation reactor for a DC converter valve comprises a shell, a coil (3), an iron core (6), heat radiating components, water pipes (11) and a press mounting structure (12). The iron core (6) adopts a left C-shaped structure and a right C-shaped structure or an upper U-shaped structure and a lower U-shaped structure which are buckled in pair between the inner wall and the outer wall of the coil (3) to form a closed coupling. The iron core (6) is fixed by the press mounting structure (12). Each heat radiating component is composed of an upper heat radiating plate (7) with an upper ?-shaped structure and a lower heat radiating plate (8) with a lower ?-shaped structure which are buckled in pair between the inner wall and the outer wall of the coil (3). Each heat radiating plate (7, 8) has a water inlet and outlet port (9), and the upper radiating plate (7) and the lower heat radiating plate (8) are connected by a water pipe (11). The reactor has advantages of simple structure, lower coil capacitance, relatively fixed shape and size, good heat radiating effect of the coil (3) and the iron core(6).
