Disclosed is a lubrication structure of a variable speed mechanism, wherein a fourth clutch (C-4) is disposed in front of and close to a planetary gear (DP), and an oil receiver (40) is provided on a front side plate (9a) of a carrier (9) between the fourth clutch (C-4) and the carrier (9). The oil receiver (40) has a collecting portion (41) for collecting oil released from the inner diameter side, on the opposite side of the front side plate (9a) from pinion gears (6a, 6b). The oil collected by the collecting portion (41) is guided through the front side plate (9a) by a guide portion (42), and is released on the front side in the carrier rotating direction of the second pinion gear (6b) and on the inner side from pinion shafts (11).
