<p>A method, device and system for memory mirror processing is provided in the embodiments of the invention. The method includes: receiving data to be written in a write request command by using a standard memory interface provided by a memory interface module; if said write request command is an external request for accessing an opposite end controller, then sending data needing to be backed up in said data to be written to the memory mirror processing device of the opposite end controller through a communication interface module to make the memory mirror processing device of the opposite end controller perform backup processing on the data needing to be backed up. In the embodiments of the invention, Central Processing Unit (CPU) operating overload is low, and data storage delay is small.</p> |
