A waveguide conversion device, provided in the embodiments of the present invention, includes: a multi-layer circuit board; a waveguide cavity and a metal reflection cavity, which are respectively arranged on both sides of the multi-layer circuit board and embedded in the multi-layer circuit board; a micro strip line or a strip line, which is located on the multi-layer circuit board; and a match patch, which is matched with the micro strip line or the strip line and located inside the waveguide cavity.
