A motor device includes a bar-like first terminal and a second terminal. The second terminal is provided with a surrounding section (a tube section, for example) which has first and second ends and into which the first terminal is inserted from the flared-out opening formed on the first end side. A retaining structure is formed on the front end side of the first terminal in such a manner that the front end side of the first terminal engages with the second end side of the tube section. The second terminal is provided with a relieving structure for relieving the stress in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the tube section.
