<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment, a communication method and a communication program improved in tracking performance. <P>SOLUTION: A coefficient selecting section 14 selects a filter coefficient used for filter processing in intermittent reception among previously stored filter coefficients on the basis of a filter coefficient designated from a network and an interval between measurements in the intermittent reception. A filter 13 executes filtering processing to a receiving level by utilizing the filter coefficient selected by the coefficient selecting section 14 or the filter coefficient designated from the network.
