<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a BOT (built-off test) device, and a test system including the same. <P>SOLUTION: This BOT device includes a signal processing block, an output selection block and a signal control block. The signal processing block duplicates a test signal applied from the outside, applies each of a plurality of duplicated test signals to a test object device respectively, and provides a plurality of determination signals based on test result signals received from the test object device respectively. The output selection block merges the plurality of determination signals in response to an output mode selection signal, or provides them successively as each final determination signal.
