<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device capable of performing, under a stable manner, a power assisting control operation based on a steering angle detected in response to an assumption of the steering angle on the basis of right and left wheel speeds even when an anti-lock brake device is operated. <P>SOLUTION: A steering angle detecting part terminates a detection of steering angle θ<SB>s</SB>based on an assumption of a steering angle θ<SB>t</SB>at the time of operation of the anti-lock brake device, and defines a previous value θ<SB>s</SB>_<SB>b</SB>of the steering angle θ<SB>s</SB>detected just before operation of the anti-lock brake device (at the previous detection period) to be a newly-detected steering angle θ<SB>s</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
