PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing an operator working situation, the system being improved to recognize the proficiency of the operator by managing a working situation of the operator. SOLUTION: The system (1) for managing an operator working situation includes: a telephone terminal (10) connected thereto via a network; a plurality of operator terminals (200, 200) receiving a call request from the telephone terminal; and servers (16, 18). In the system, the servers (16, 18) includes: storage means (424, 426, 602, 604) to acquire and store a condition showing whether a call request of each operator terminal can be received; statistical information generation means (442, 444, 446, 448) to generate statistical information based on the stored conditions of the operator terminals; and display means (462, 464, 466) to display the statistical information generated by the statistical information generation means.
