PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sample costs by simulating washing processing and surface polishing processing of denim woven fabrics using Vlas Blomme threads of rope dyeing, wherein thread surface is dark color and a center part is a white color, or the outer appearance of woven fabrics having elegance due to continuous wearing, preparing woven threads quasi-image, utilizing the quasi-image that can display the texture of woven fabrics and improving the diversification and acceleration of textile design. SOLUTION: Warp information, weft information and fabric texture information of woven fabrics for textile design are combined and registered. Then, an irregularity numerical array obtained by calculating thread array irregularity, color irregularity and thickness irregularity of length similar to that of material of woolen yarn during weaving is created and reflected on drawing to provide a woven fabric quasi-image with texture. Further, decoloring of Vlas Blomme threads of denim woven fabrics is drawn with an irregularity numerical array calculated by taking color irregularity and thickness irregularity of length similar to that of material of woolen yarn into consideration and combined with the woven fabric quasi-image.
