PURPOSE: Fish cake containing a sandwich and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the texture of the fish cake and to provide a fish cake suitable for a meal. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fish cake containing a sandwich comprises the following steps: mixing 50~80wt% of blended fish flesh, 5~20wt% of starch, and 1~3wt% of salt for obtaining a fish cake mixture; spreading the fish cake mixture on one side of a slice of bread; putting filling materials and sauce on the fish cake mixture; folding the slice of bread and spreading the fish cake mixture along to the folded portion of the bread to obtain the sandwich; inserting the fish cake mixture into a shape fixing frame; inserting the sandwich into the shape fixing frame, and spreading the fish cake mixture on the outside; separating the fish cake containing the sandwich from the frame, and frying; and removing oil from the fried fish cake. |
