<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified promoter, an expression vector and a transformant each containing the promoter, and a method for producing a gene product of interest using the transformant. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the modified promoter derived from bacterium of genus Bacillus, including a base sequence in which at least one base sequence selected from a specific base sequence; a base sequence obtained by substitution, deletion, addition or insertion of one or a plurality of bases to the specific base sequence; and a base sequence having a sequence identity of ≥70% with respect to the specific base sequence are modified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
