PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting member demountable from a mounted object by performing prescribed operation to a demounting portion hardly visible in a mounted state. SOLUTION: The mounting member includes an engaging portion 124a engageable with the edge F1a of a first opening portion F1 formed on the front face F made of steel, a disengaging portion 124b releasing the engagement state of the engaging portion 124a, and a functionally indispensable second opening portion 11. The disengaging portion 124b is positioned at the depth with respect to the front edge portion of the first opening portion F1 in the mounted state, and accessible only through the second opening portion 11.
