PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical cutting device for fruit such as a peach having a perishable surface and a hard seed, which can cut the fruit entirely with a seed and without fixing it at all, allows fruit like an irregular size raw peach which is uselessly abandoned to be utilized and can supply a commercial product with high added value. SOLUTION: The vertical cutting device for the fruit includes a stand 1, a tubular case 2 disposed on the stand 1, and a plurality of circular blades 3 disposed in the tubular case 2. The circular blades 3 are disposed on an imaginary flat plane extending radially from a center of a space portion 8 that penetrates from an upper to lower faces of the tubular case 2 and an edge part of each circular blade 3 is gathered in the center without creating interspace.
