PURPOSE: A palm pad device for basketball training and a basketball training system are provided to analyze the state of successful shootings of a user. CONSTITUTION: A palm pad device for basketball training comprises a padding member(1), a fastening member(2), and a sensing recorder. The padding member is equipped with a size variable elastic pad(12). The fastening member fixes the padding member on the palm of a user. In order to sense and monitor motion data of the palm, the sensing recorder is installed in the fastening member. The sensing recorder includes an acceleration sensor sensing the movement route and acceleration of the palm.
