PURPOSE: A children keeper is provided to prevent missing children in a place of great resort and to keep our children from crime. CONSTITUTION: A children keeper is used for preventing kidnapping of children and preventing missing children. The children keeper includes a child module and a parent module. The child module and the parent module communicate with each other. The parent module displays the location, the distance, and the like of the child. The child module has a structure of a necklace. The child easily wears the child module having the structure of the necklace.
