<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas composition apparatus that suppresses power consumption in a solid electrode, particularly the electrode whose electric resistance is higher, can't be easily broken and can improve gas decomposition velocity. <P>SOLUTION: The gas decomposition apparatus includes an anode 2, a cathode 3, a solid electrolyte layer 1, a power supply 9, and a conductor layer where the anode and cathode of the power supply are conductively connected, wherein the cathod contacts the conductor layer and is laminated, a plurality of laminates of the solid electrolyte layer 1/anode 2 are positioned on the cathod 3 by being spaced out at a distance 3g and the anode is conductively connected to the anode of the power supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
