<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for diagnosing pregnancy quickly in high sensitivity and in high accuracy at an early stage of pregnancy since it is very important for efficiency promotion and improvement in economic efficiency of livestock industry to diagnose animal pregnancy as early as possible after fertilization. <P>SOLUTION: A super-early diagnosis of pregnancy is carried out by detecting the expression amount of a unique molecule (for example, ISG15, Mx1, Mx2, OAS-1, etc.) for expressing each hemocyte fraction of hemocytes in peripheral blood after animal fertilization by a molecular biological technique.
