<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sheet (container) from being hurt when the sheet which is put between a male mold and a female mold and added with corrugated pleats in the outer peripheral part is pushed into the opening of the female mold. <P>SOLUTION: An extrusion part 34 is installed at the lower end of a shaft 33 moved vertically by a hydraulic cylinder 32. The lower end part of the shaft 33 and the extrusion part 34 are inserted into a through hole formed at the center of the male mold 35. An air cylinder 42 is fixed to the upper surface of a lower mounting plate 39 fitted to the male mold 35, and the rod 46 of the air cylinder 42 is connected to an upper mounting plate 41 fitted to the upper part of the shaft 33. When the extrusion part 34 is processed by the hydraulic cylinder 32 to be projected from the male mold 35 contacted with the female mold 48, and the sheet S between the male mold 35 and the female mold 48 is pushed into the opening 52 of the female mold 48, an air pressure inside the air cylinder 42 is reduced to be lower than an air pressure when the sheet S is caught between the extrusion part 34 and the male mold 35 and heated and pressurized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
