PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blur correction device which has simpler structure and achieves miniaturization further than the conventional one. SOLUTION: The blur correction device includes: a base; a single holding part for holding an imaging element; a first rotary cam provided in the base and turning around an axis orthogonal to a light-receiving surface of the imaging element; a second rotary cam provided in the base and turning around the axis orthogonal to the light-receiving surface; a first cam groove provided in a first direction in the holding part, engaged with the first rotary cam and moving the holding part in a second direction associated with turning of the first rotary cam; and a second cam groove provided in the second direction in the holding part, engaged with the second rotary cam and moving the holding part in the first direction associated with turning of the second rotary cam.
