PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce stress a user feels by limiting incoming notice that does not satisfy conditions. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1, including an incoming call receiving part 20 that receives an incoming call and an incoming call notice processing part 21 that processes predetermined incoming call notice, when the incoming call is received, further includes an incoming call notice implementation decision part 22 that acquires mode information, indicating the mode of the cellular phone 1, and a condition memory part 23 that stores condition information indicating the conditions that the incoming call should satisfy, in order to give notice of the incoming call by the incoming call notice processing means, when the acquired mode is a predetermined mode. The incoming call notice implementation deciding part 22 decides whether the incoming call received by the incoming-call receiving part 20 satisfies the condition designated by the condition information stored by the condition memory part 23. The cellular phone 1, further, includes an incoming call notice processing implementation limiting section 24 that limits implementation of the incoming call notice processing, according to the result of decision.
